In 2014, Crystal started a franchise partnership with Coverall, that provided extensive training in commercial cleaning, business operations, sales, and client relationship management. The investment in Coverall equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and mentorship to operate my own cleaning company independently, beyond the confines of a franchise.

In 2017, Crystal established "CrystalClean Metro Detroit Services, LLC," a commercial cleaning company catering to Metro Detroit and its surrounding areas. Our mission is to deliver honest, affordable, and expert custom cleaning solutions to each client. As certified professional cleaners, we prioritize punctuality and excellent customer service. Our standout feature is the "Step 4" cleaning program, differentiating us from competitors. This program, rooted in eco-friendliness and meticulous practices that contribute to a healthier environment.
The foundation of our "Step 4" program we use microfiber towels, colored coded system to prevent cross-contamination during surface cleaning. We also utilize flat mops to minimize dirty water spread and floor damage. Complementing this approach, our standout element is our HEPA backpack vacuum, an eco-friendly tool that captures 99.9% of airborne particles, enhancing air quality.
We achieved success across diverse sectors, including workplaces, medical facilities, construction sites , schools, churches, restaurants, fitness and industrial plants. Noteworthy clients includes Panera Bread, Wayne State University, Ferndale Dental, Ford Motor and Heritage Works Dance Company.
